[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Phillips sonicare just died on me--no warning--so i ordered this one to replace it, partly because it's pink. Less sturdy than my previous one so I don't expect it to last plus I had to find a plug adapter in order to keep it charged by my bathroom sink because it only has a USB charger. I don't think USB plugs are commonplace in bathrooms yet; perhaps in new construction.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3100 does a very good job brushing my teeth but the head is smaller and feels harder than my.previously owned 3000, which I loved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fully charged this toothbrush will work for 4-5 days when using 2x day. Love that the battery runs for 2 minutes to eat a good brushing on helping get a good clean. The bristles on the brush are soft, and work well getting into the back corners. I am happy with this electric toothbrush and is the 1st one I have owned.

You can try this tips and hope it will fix. 1. Ensure Full Charge - Charge the toothbrush for at least 24 hours. Make sure it’s seated correctly on the charger. 2. Clean Contacts - Check and clean the charging contacts on both the toothbrush and charger to ensure they connect properly. 3. Limit Usage - Avoid leaving the toothbrush on the charger and try not to store it in extreme temperatures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Sonicare for many many years. I ordered this one because it fit my budget. I also needed a replacement because mine wore out. It is smaller than the one I had, but that does not affect it's working ability.
