However, based on my previous experience of using other Sonic electric toothbrush, the battery usually starts causing a problem after 2-3 year use, which means I need to buy new one.

Ok toothbrush, disappointing charger

Why would sonicare give a usb cord as a charger? Without the plug?! Who would use a usb cord to charge their toothbrush in a bathroom?? Should’ve just kept the regular wall outlet plug. Toothbrush has less power than the older version too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a manual toothbrush my whole life and didn't expect much improvement with an electric but I was sure wrong. This toothbrush makes the difference night and day! I love the feature that makes it beep to tell you to switch spots, and the pressure sensor. I also like the silly little "Beep Beep" it does when placed on the charger.

I like that it keeps me brushing for the recommended amount of time and gives me a heads up every 30 seconds. While I've always tried to brush well, I'm certain the the vibration this brush features is probably doubling the effectiveness I have in simply moving the brush around myself. I may try brushes with more features in the future, but I doubt I'll ever do without an electric toothbrush again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Dental Hygienist, and I have had to call and have my Sonicare replaced every year for the last three years. They have not been able to recharge, and one started working while on charge in the middle of the night. The last replacement is the basic model, and it is a basic product. I now have a hard time recommending your product. If I had not received free replacements and had a supply of brush heads, I would not have continued with your products. You need to look at the longevity of your product.
