Shuts off during brushing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toothbrush shuts off while I’m brushing. It happens at least 3 times while brushing. Didn’t start doing that until a week after purchase

Consistently going down in quality

In the last few years I had 3 of these brushes, each year the model gets “updated” , it gets smaller, slimmer, more difficult to hold, and the latest model is slim and very slippery, also now it comes with usb charger, and who has usb outlet in their bathroom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for the USB charger, Philips has made the decision to include the cable without the wall adapter, as we are currently trying to reduce the amount of plastic production in order to help our planet.
You can either use a wall adapter you already own, or plug the USB into your phone´s charger in order to use only one adapter and help us continue our goal.

Good, but could be better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this one because my older one was losing its battery life. But, the new one lacks the power of the older version. It feels very lack luster by comparison. I also wish it came with a travel case. I also have to charge this one more, probably due to its compact size.

Please note that some Toothbrushes have the EasyStart feature activated by default. This feature causes your Toothbrush to increase its vibration level slowly after each brushing session. The increase in vibration will occur over the first fourteen sessions. If you want your Toothbrush to vibrate normally, we recommend turning off the EasyStart feature. 

Also note that the mode selected impacts the vibration level on your Toothbrush. Some brushing modes are less powerful, for example, TongueCare and Sensitive. We recommend increasing the vibration by changing the brushing mode. Turn off your Toothbrush and press the mode/intensity button to choose the preferred mode.

not as good as the old version - weaker and the 2 speeds is jut something that gets in the way. the USB charger is a cheap way to not have a plug-in charger - just a bad upgrade and less useful

Not happy, quality is not good.

The head have developed a play, it took my old brush 2 years ti get that problem, this brush got in 2-3 weeks. Not happy

Strength of the vibrations deplete — it’s a manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m actually really sad to write this, but I haven’t even had the toothbrush for 6 months and the vibration setting is not as high as when i first purchased it. I feel like it barely cleans. My parents had the early version of this toothbrush for over 20 years before they had to buy a new one. i don’t know what happened but very disappointed.

Not happy

Battery died in 2 1/2 months. I tried all advised debugging methods. It’s not worthy of the Philips Sonicare reputation. I’ve had Sonicare toothbrushes since the late 90’s.
