[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Sonicare 4100 is a fantastic electric toothbrush! It's a great value for the price, and I appreciate the built-in timer that ensures I brush for two minutes. I get a thorough clean that leaves my teeth and gums healthy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wanted a tooth"BRUSH'. this product vibrates but doesn't really have an up and down setting. the head of this product is tiny, can't really put enough toothpaste on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The USB charging is not the most convenient - you actually need a hub or charging block where I charge it and my space does not allow for it! Not my favorite feature, but I love the brush otherwise and am 'dealing' with this inconvenience. First world problem right?!! Ha ha!
Bristles are comfortable, handle could use more 'grip' and a bit thinner. I like the speed settings, and they are easy to manage and I don't feel like I am damaging my gums while using it. I am left with a thorough and fresh clean result every time I use it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7 is far superior than my last two. Your past models allowed water into the brush head causing mold. This 4100 model has a sealed brush head which stays clean. Much better design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sorely disappointed in this toothbrush. I bought it to replace a 1st generation Sonicare toothbrush that finally died after many years of use. The new brush is WAY too light and has no stability and so it sends a good dose of vibration into your hand and wrist which is VERY UNPLEASANT. Because of this chintzy new design, I hesitate to use the new Sonicare with regularity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from an Oral-B and appreciate how gentle this toothbrush is. It seems to clean well, but I'll check with my hygienist next time. However, it's frustratingly slippery and often falls out of my hands while brushing. I wish the plastic had a bit of grip instead of being so sleek.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Easy Start feature has been an irritation. It has been impossible to disable it even though I've been using it for over two months, three times a day. I've tried the using the settings as described in the user manual but it seems to reset to the Easy Start mode every time I put it back onto the charging base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery says it needs charged after 4 days. It says should last 2 weeks. Both of my other 2 I owned had better batteries.
