[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Phillips SoniCare 4100 because I needed brushes for my older model, so decided to upgrade. I was tired of having to clean the old toothbrush so black mold would not form under the screw cap that holds the brush in the power unit. When the new 4100 toothbrush arrived, I was surprised to find the base was black and the brush was white and the brush looked like it was designed for a child (C2). I also had difficulty getting some of my lower back teeth clean. I have since ordered a subscription for the black C3 brush and I am happy with this new brush. It is supposedly designed to get rid of more plaque, and in fact, it does a much better job for me than the C2. I am more pleased now with the C3 brush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a different brand electric toothbrush for a couple of years, but I did not use it consistently, mostly because it is so loud. My new Philips Sonicare 4100 replaced it, and it's a welcome change. It works great, feels good, is easy to use, and is not so loud.
