[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a hard time getting my teeth clean, but with the Sonicare 4100 it's easy!
A full charge usually lasts me a month or more.
The built in 2 minute timer is usually not enough time to get my teeth as clean as I like, so I do 1 & 1/2 to 2 cycles.
I prefer the faster/more vigorous brushing mode.

I really liked the toothbrush. I had 4 others sonicare toothbrushes of different versions over the years. This one looks good and the brushing movement is comparable to the others but battery life is much shorter 5 days max with regular use after full charge. Maybe mine has battery defect?. Thus the 3 stars. Otherwise 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the 4200 Sonic Care tooth brush 4 stats because the sensitivity setting is difficult and cumbersome to set. There are three feature settings and the steps as described in the manual are difficult to set especially for a senior. I think Philips' engineers can improve this. Customer service is excellent. Price point for this brush is just right.
