Love the 2 speeds!My teeth are so white!!

I have tried several time to claim a replacement head by clicking on a link in the Philips website with absolutely zero success. The website tells me everytime that Philips team has been alerted to the problem and the try again tomorrow, and again tomorrow, and again tomorrow, ad infinitum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush, but the toothbrush head has been hard on my gums. My gums don't feel strong. The head in my opinion should not stick up in back. You're review is annoying as well.

Gums are healthier!
