[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old electric toothbrush was a combination of water pic and toothbrush, I wanted a separate electric toothbrush, read reviews on different electric toothbrush and one review stood out a person stated they only buy Phillips because it does great in removing plaque off your teeth, so I purchased the product and they were right, it does a great job, it has also gottenmy teeth whiter. When it's time to replace again I will only buy Phillips product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good handle and vibration power. Only reason for 4 stars is the small brush head itself. Small surface of brush and used up waybtoo quickly. I like pressing down and feeling like I'm actually brushing mu teeth, hence the brush head didn't last long and like mentioned above flet too small. Used a brush head inhad left over from a previous philips brush which was bigger and have had no issues at all. The brush head is the perfect size and works 100% to satisfaction.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist kept urging me to get this toothbrush. I was hesitant at first thinking that it wouldn't make a difference. However, my gums are healthier and I'm not so rough on my teeth as thr mechanism of this brush alerts you if you brush too hard. The quality is unmatchable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To change settings you have to watch and listen to random vibrations on this toothbrush. I upgraded from the lower end series to get the caution vibrate when pressing too hard on my teeth. No more AC charger.. and when I asked for my free brush head. They gave me a D3 instead of the better A3 brush head. Was not happy about that!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to be able to plug it in via USB. I have had brushes that charge on a base and they stop working after a year. Battery operated ones eat batteries like candy! It tickles at first because it has a different vibration but I like it. Also has a 30 second interval timer with automatic 2 minute shut off.
