[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions tell you to let 2 weeks go by as the brush adjusts to your pressure. Once I got the hang of it , the high pitch noise isn't there since the brush is positioned where it should be. I use the water pik, floss then the sonic electric toothbrush. It holds the charge for 2 weeks as noted. The electric brush is focused on gum and not as haphazard as manual brushing. Two hygenists recommended Philips over others since my mouth is not so wide and the brush would work better.
