[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with my purchase. Each time I use the toothbrush, I have to separate the brush head from the battery pack in order for it to work properly the next day. It requires daily cleaning. I would not buy another Phillips toothbrush again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush had no power at all. Maybe it could work for a travel brush that you only use once in a while. Doesn't live up to Sonicare reputation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since purchasing and using the Sonicare, my teeth and gums are resilient. For me, regular brushing with a toothbrush is a thing of the past.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great toothbrush, light, comfortable to handle. Only issue is the “quadpacer” sound could be a little louder. I guess because of trying to make it a low noise toothbrush, tge “quadpacer” sound was also reduced and often can’t be heard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two 4100’s. One is fine, the other flashes green when charging (3days) and never finishes. Called and it’s being replaced by a different model. Only the body without the additional parts - disappointed that I am not getting a complete new brush for all my troubles, it happened n the first month. I suspect it’s a refurbished body I am getting. Gees, wish that had made good on the warranty.

Hi there,
This is not the experience we wish you to have. We advise you to try a few troubleshooting measures to see if they work. All Sonicare toothbrushes have unique chargers that cannot be used with other Sonicare models. We suggest using the toothbrush's original charger to charge it. A different outlet might work better for charging it. Check to see whether your charging cord or adapter is broken. Stop using your adapter or cord right away if you see any damage. If you use a stand, pad, or glass for charging, make sure your toothbrush is positioned in the middle of the charger. Make sure the charger isn't near any other chargers or on a metal surface as this could interfere with the charging process.
If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my toothbrush for several months and even though I’ve swapped the head for it a few times it still turns off randomly in the middle of me brushing. Is there a reason for that? And I don’t mean the 2 minute timer that’s built into it either.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series toothbrush stops randomly.
If your toothbrush turns off by itself, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution. The selected brushing mode defines the brushing time. Your toothbrush will turn off automatically when the recommended time is up. We recommend changing the brushing mode. Brushing mode times can range from 20 seconds to 3.5 minutes. The QuadPacer is an interval timer that has a short beep and pause to remind you to brush the four sections of your mouth evenly and thoroughly. This Philips Sonicare toothbrush comes with the QuadPacer feature activated. The SmarTimer indicates that your brushing cycle is complete by automatically turning off. Your toothbrush measures the pressure you apply while brushing. If you press too hard, it briefly stops, indicating that you are using too much pressure.
If these steps do not help or if you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
