[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a standard toothbrush until my dentist recommended the Sonic product. As an engineer, I understand the physics of things. The thought of how limited your hand and arm is versus something that is capable of scrubbing thousands of times a second made sense, I am so happy these started coming out and that I started using them and the results show. Limited to no cavities and teeth white as ever. Thank you for producing this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it can take you slowly to the ultimate vibration setting as this is new for me. I like the alerts. Great value.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first electric toothbrush and its pretty neat! My teeth look and feel better after each brushing. I would highly recommend this toothbrush!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 4100 toothbrush and it broke under 2 months. I contacted Phillips and they sent me a replacement and were very helpful and polite. The metal shaft the brush head attaches too become loose and it would not vibrate anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello There.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare 4100 toothbrush is not working as expected.
If your brush head is loose, ensure that the brush head is attached correctly. Attach the brush head with the bristles in the same direction as the buttons. A small gap will remain between the handle and brush head as needed for vibration. Ensure that the bottom of the brush head and the area around the metal shaft are free of debris. You can clean it with lukewarm water or a soft cloth. Our toothbrushes are only compatible with Philips Sonicare brush heads; hence, please only use authentic Sonicare toothbrush heads. If it still does not vibrate, it may not be fully charged. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. Try using a different outlet to fully charge your toothbrush. A faulty power source connected to your charger may cause your toothbrush to not charge. If your toothbrush powers on and the battery light indicators are lit but there is no vibration, your toothbrush has internal damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my toothbrush, which I purchased to replace one I've had for about 5 years. The only complaint I have is that I had to purchase a separate charger that I could plug in to my electrical outlet. I don't understand the reasoning behind only providing a plug requiring an adapter.
