[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because I left my previous one in a hotel room. I am very pleased with the size and weight of the tooth brush. Does a great job of clean I ng teeth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit work well, quiet, and well balanced. the only thing is the brush itself is quite small for holding tooth paste.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price point for this electric toothbrush is good. I also like the thinness and lightweight for travelling. My only dislike is that it does not remember the intensity mode and you need to adjust it everytime you use the toothbrush. Wish it would just remember I like the high level intensity and start with this mode when I turn on the brush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very slow. The vibrations are light. I have use sonicare for more than 30 years never had one like this. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello There.
We’re sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare 4100 toothbrush is running slow.
We request you to try the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue: If the battery is not fully charged, the vibrating action of the toothbrush may require extra power. It should be charged for at least 24 hours. Your toothbrush has an EasyStart feature. This feature causes your toothbrush to increase its vibration level slowly after each brushing session. We recommend turning it off. It could also mean that your brush head is worn. We recommend replacing your brush head every three months. Your toothbrush gives you the option to choose between low and high intensity. While brushing, you can change the intensity by pressing the mode/intensity button. Adjusting the intensity is not possible when the handle is turned off. We hope this will help.
If you still require assistance, please feel free to contact us via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter. (@PhilipsCare) Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.

Just under 3 years, tooth brush head self destructed and rattles like crazy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first electric toothbrush. Was very strange the first couple times to get used to it but now I love it! Battery lasts forever!
