[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Sonic years ago and it was great. After years of use the battery started to fail so I bought my second one. It worked great for about 8 months and the internal 30 second timer started to fail. So I bought the 4100 series. When I opened the box I found that I had to go back to town and buy a 110 V charging adapter because one was not included. After getting back home, right out of the box the 30 second internal timer did not work all the time on this model. After buying three of your products it seems like the reliability of your products are decreasing while to price of your products are increasing. I'll do more research and shopping around before buying another one. I have always trusted the Phillips products but now I'm having second thoughts.

I give this product a five star +. I have been using Sonicare for over 20 years. I have had a few replacements and now happy to see color choices. My periodontist recommended it.
