[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first electric toothbrush I have used. At my semiannual cleaning, my dentist commented on my good brushing. There is a built in timer which lets you know when you brushing is complete.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles just an on and off button, I like the simplicity for my 5 year old. I love that it has a timer so he knows how long to brush. It holds a charge for a decent amount of time. Hopefully it holds up for awhile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effective in maintaining good oral health. 30-second interval timer is most helpful. Product price is an excellent value.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concerns for upgrading my toothBRUSH was to help get rid of plaque and have the electric brushes do a more efficient job than myself. I have noticed a different that this BRUSH can get rid of all the food in tiny spaces. I have a long history with surgeries and equipment in my mouth so my mouth is small and a regular toothbrush cant get by my molers. I love the brush and it came with the default brush head. I thought the default one was really good and still much better than a regular hand held brush but this new head (A3 All-in-one) felt even stronger / has more brissels than the default one. I reccomend this brush in general. By the way i always just put it back on the charger and its always ready
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes my toothbrush won’t spin when I turn it on. If it worked all the time I would give a five star because I like it when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush doesn't vibrate sometimes. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with our product. Please note that if your toothbrush is not vibrating, we would recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth, as toothpaste residue can build up around the power button, causing it to get stuck and not turn on. Also note that a not-fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. You can always leave your toothbrush on the charger to avoid this from happening again.
We hope this improves your experience. However, if the issue still persists or you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page at www.philips.com/contact.
