[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush works very nicely for us. Hoping it continues to help with the yellowness on the teeth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have my Protective Clean 4100 and find the Series 4100 does not clean as well. The Protective Clean 4100 has been discontinued.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the performance of the Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Please note that the Philips Sonicare Protective Clean toothbrush has different brushing modes to choose from. You may choose a different brushing mode if you are not satisfied with the cleaning. The default mode of your toothbrush is Clean. This mode provides a 2-minute brushing time and is suitable for everyday use. There are other modes as well, such as Deep Clean (3:00 minutes), which allows extra time to work on trouble spots. White (2:30 minutes): great for removing surface stains and Polish (1:00 minute): ideal for smoothing the surface of your teeth.
We hope you find this information useful. However, if the issue still persists or you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fair cost, however, I am waiting to determine the durability (how long it will work as designed and necessary). My previous Sonic electric toothbrush lasted less than 1 year.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Philips sonicare for many years. I would not choose any other toothbrush over the sonicare. In my opinion, it’s the best electric toothbrush on the market.
