[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Phillip Sonic 4100 toothbrush. My teeth are much cleaner than by previous rotating toothbrush and my old manual toothbrush. I also am very pleased with the 30 second sub-timers to let me change to a different set of teeth in my mouth. Makes the brushing seem like less time.

This particular item seems to have a software malfunction where it reverts to the training mode after every charge. Then I have to manually increase the brushing intensity to full. Other than that, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still own the Diamond sonic, it is 12 years old and can't hold a charge, but it still works. I went to buy another one and I discovered that it has an app and other things that I don't need. The 4100 has all that I need. Two power modes, and a two minute timer. To my surprise, it doesn't come with a wall plug adapter, but I spent some time on the phone and Philip sent me an adapter free of charge, a bit inconvient but it wasn't a big hassel.
