I like the 30-second vibrations that let you know to switch brushing to another area and reminder to recharge. As others have commented, the toothbrush doesn't come with a wall plug; but, if you call them, they immediately sent one to me at no cost.

The pulsating action leaves my teeth and gums feeling really clean and my whole mouth feeling refreshed. I've purchased additional brush heads, which have added to the Philips 4100 versatility. And thus far the initial charge shows no signs of losing strength. Terrific product!
