[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is aggressive! I was actually concerned it was going to knock out a filling so stopped using it. My husband had same model and said it was painful and he threw his away. Maybe a better brush head would make a difference since the one that came with it kept jamming against my gums and enamel

Got my new toothbrush for Christmas. Definitely needed a new one. The first time using it, my teeth had never felt so clean after brushing. I thought that you could only get that kind of clean going to the dentist but this product blew my mind. I love how it has a timer for 2 minutes, the exact time to brush. The bristles are soft enough yet good enough to do a great job. Was a bit disappointed that I had to buy a USB block to charge the device. Yet, took my toothbrush on vacation and lasted for longer than 2 weeks on a single charge. I also like that it came with a toothbrush cover, great for traveling. Definitely, amazed at this product, would recommend. Even bought one for my daughter who is 11 and its great because it forces her to brush for the entire 2 minutes. Love how clean and fresh my teeth look and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 4100. I've had 2 other Sonicare models, and this is by far my favorite. I have already bought my husband one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush is easy to use and the soft bristles are good for my sensitive teeth and gums. I like also the timed feature to let you know when you have brushed the recommended time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well when I first got it, but after only about a month, I can barely feel it. I am doing more brushing. I have made sure it is fully charged

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. We advise charging your Philips Sonicare toothbrush overnight for at least 24 hours if it vibrates less strongly than usual. Please make sure you are charging your Sonicare toothbrush with the original charger, as all Sonicare toothbrush chargers are unique and incompatible with other Sonicare models. We recommend charging the toothbrush by using the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Additionally, take a look at the mode you've chosen because it may affect the toothbrush's vibration level. TongueCare and Sensitive are two brushing modes that lack some force. Change the brushing mode to increase vibration, as advised. By pressing the mode/intensity button while your toothbrush is off.
