all it does is buzz tried charging same thing left it off charger overnight same thing buzz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush is way too slow compared to my old philips brush i was intending to replace. The new brush has 2 speeds and both are way too slow to clean my teeth. I'm not using it, went back to the old brush and looking to replace it with another brand!!
