[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dentist recommended. Waiting for my next visit to see if it really makes a difference with plaque removal.
Was annoyed that I had to request an adapter for charging plug. If you aren't going to supply it with product it should clearly be stated. Since you supplied it for free upon request, it should be an option when originally purchasing toothbrush.

BUT I find this model doesn't hold a charge for very long. I have to recharge the toothbrush on the average of every two days. An adapter should have been included.

I haven't owned this for very long, but it really does seem to be better than the other powered toothbrush I was using. My opinion is my teeth are feeling cleaner, and I love the timer for brushing each quadrant. I liked it so much I just bought my wife one also.

Relying on customer’s surplus usb charger kept price and waste down.
The handle/brush work just as well as fancier models. Built in timers make it easy to use.
