Kindly make sure that the handle has been fully charged for 24 hours with no interruptions. Check also that the charger is not placed on a metal surface, or close to other chargers as this can interfere with the charging process. I have had a diamondclean toothbrush prior to purchasing the 4100 and there is a significant difference. I feel like the diamondclean gives a deep clean getting between teeth, while the 4100 glides along the surface of the teeth. I now have to use a regular toothbrush plus the 4100 to feel like I get a good clean. I am disappointed in the product.

Frankly, I don’t know why Philips would change a good thing. My teeth don’t feel as clean with the updated version and the pin that holds the brush head on is not very durable and tends to break. I wouldn’t buy another.
