Disappointing that there is no travel case or bag, also no stand for the heads if more than one person is using the handle. And they save more $ by not including any USB transformer block (like the one that comes with your iPhone). This charger uses USB.

This is my second one as the first needed to be replaced. The metal shaft came loose and it would no longer function. I understand this was a common issue with this model. I've had the replacement for a couple of months and so far so good.
