[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the Oral B electric toothbrush. It did a good job, but my dental hygienist told me that I had plaque buildup in a particular area. The Oral B was not getting the job done. I switched to the Philips Sonicare and that area is plaque free. I also feel much cleaner with the Sonicare

I used to be afraid of inadvertently harming my gums but this has a feature that alerts you if you are putting too much pressure. It also has a timer for each quadrant, which is great. I like that the alert to replace the brush head as well.
