Nice step up

It's a nice step up from the quest to but I don't really think it's worth the extra money if you already have a question the lenses are way nicer but the processing power isn't that much more also there's not really the infrastructure of apps particularly geared towards the quest 3 so it's hard to really notice a big difference from a lot of the games and apps I already play

good upgrade from quest 2 - Nov 2023

This headset fixes many flaws from the quest 2. the standalone games are actually buttery smooth, (quest 2 had some laggyness), resolution is brilliant. FOV is actually solidly good (quest 2 was like looking into a tube).
i got the elite head strap with battery extender. i had zero issues, i read a lot of bad things, its working perfectly for me, maybe previous issue was software issues fixed now from a patch. Also with the elite headstrap, its so darn comfortable!!! its light, easy to wear, fits nicely. theres a button to expand the headset for wearing glasses. i think quest 3 is the real deal. i recommend it.

Delighted with the headset.
And I got it the very next day from Best Buy, very impressed with that! Especially after I tried to order from Meta directly first, and eventually cancelled the order after nearly 4 weeks and it didn't arrive!

I honestly think it's a pretty good vr head set way clearer than the quest 2 only thing is the head strap adjustment other than that I'd give it a 5/5

The quest 3 is worth it

The quest 3 is definitely a big upgrade from the quest 2 the quality is way better the thinness of the headset makes for a great feeling and is not heavy on the head and it works way better at playing pc vr games with both wireless and link cable then the quest 2 did

It's our first VR experience pretty cool games and apps my 8 year old and 9 year old kids love it the only thing keeping us from giving it a 5 star experience is the battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!
