When I link the new charge 5's one will cut out for a few seconds. Also when you separate them about 20 feet the connection goes in and out.

Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Charge 5. Please try these steps to isolate the issue. First, move the audio source closer to the speakers and move the speakers closer to each other. Walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can interrupt the Bluetooth and PartyBoost connection. It is possible that there is something interferring with the signal, causing the dropouts. Please make sure that the host speaker is only connected to one audio source and away from other wireless sources to avoid interference. Restart both your speakers and the audio source. Then, pair it again with your speaker. If you're streaming music from the internet, it is possible that there is an issue with the internet connection and not your speaker. If you need more help, please contact us.

I love this speaker! It is waterproof and floats in the water and the sound quality is amazing and the price is perfect for a product that provides so much. It is so versatile and is a high quality product that I highly recommend.

Easy and Free to Personalize!

It was super easy (and free!) to personalize a speaker. I’m surprising my daughter with it for her birthday. She knows she’s getting a JBL but has no idea how cool it’s going to be! Shipping was fast too.

When using the PartyBoost feature, we recommend playing music for at least 20 seconds before connecting your JBL Charge 5 to another Partyboost speaker. To pair the speakers, press the PartyBoost button on the first speaker, then turn on the second speaker and press the PartyBoost button on it as well. Please note that it may take a few seconds before the music will play from both speakers. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
