Good speaker

The speaker itself is really good however the custom photo that I paid to be put on there was too dark... Darker than what the picture was that I sent

Speakers good customization's not worth it

The speaker itself is really nice however the customization that I paid for was not. The photo that I had put on was darker on the speaker then the one that I sent them

Bought this for picnics, pool, beach…..it has AMAZING sound for such a portable speaker. The ability to customize the design was so much fun and was perfect! Absolutely worth it.

Great sound quality, battery life short

We have two of these speakers that we bought within the past two months.
Sounds quality is great and they get pretty loud. But they do not live up to the 20 hours of battery life.
We fully charged the two for our party, put them on party mode to pair them, and they lasted 5 hours and they both died due to drained battery, then we had to plug them in to continue the party.

Thanks for your feedback. Please know that the battery of your JBL Charge 5 may be losing its capacity. In addition, the battery wears out over time. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Need more cowbell!

My kids got me two of these for Fathers Day this year to use outside around the pool. Downloaded the app and linked to my phones and oh wow does the sound will rock you out! Didn't even have it up mid way on volume and had a neighbor over a half mile away calling me and suggesting to play some Boston and Kansas for him since he could hear clear as a bell from his back patio!! If you need simple outdoor speakers for music these are for you!
