The cover box need to indicate Karol G edition

This was a gift for my daughter, she is a huge Karol G fan. That being said the cover box made no indication that it was the Karol G edition. The “Personalized” sticker did nothing to indicate the limited edition purchase.

Oil resistant as well

I am blown away by the quality of this speaker, I work in a restaurant and we use my speaker for music every night, 2 days ago my speaker fell in the fryer that was at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. We pulled it out and the speaker still works perfectly fine. This is by far the best speaker I've ever used

Great sound, sturdy build

The sound is fantastic. I'm actually surprised at how well it sounds. I use this during my CPR/AED, First Aid, Overdose Awareness classes. My concern was it would be muddled so those in the back of the class couldn't hear the videos that we play to highlight the information. But that is not an issue with this. The build quality is also fantastic. Very sturdy build. Only reason I did not give it a five star rating isn't about the quality of the product but the quality of the custom print. We have two, round, logos on each side and both have been stretched horizontally so they are more oval now.

Very good sound just sucks that the first day I got it it fell at my job and ripped right above the logo other than that it’s amazing and the JBL app is the cherry on the top

I bought one of these a couple weeks ago, and to be honest it’s pretty awful. The sound is so distorted and glitchy even though the device is up to date. It cuts out and is just awful to listen too. Went back to using a cheap Alltech speaker:)

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. The distortion issue might be caused by the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, Source Device, and the woofer not functioning properly. If the issue occurs as the volume is increased, but before reaching 90%, the louder volume coupled with frequencies that have been boosted can cause this issue. If you are using an EQ (Equalizer) in the app or source device, please try turning it off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ off, the speaker is not damaged and the EQ settings need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and eventual damage. But, if the issue continues, try to connect a different device to the speaker to determine if the problem is with the device or speaker. You may also reset the speaker by turning on the speaker, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 10 seconds until the speaker turns off. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps don't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
