I bought this about a month ago - sound quality is great. It's cute and connects to phone super easily. I'm giving it one less start because I feel as though it should come with more than one year warranty! If JBL truly believes in it's product could be up to 5 years and no customers shouldn't have to buy it.

Excellent product & speedy service! I purchased this product late in the Christmas buying season with a customization package. I thought I would be 2 weeks out, so about a week after Christmas day. I actually received my customized JBL speaker on the 23rd of December, which was ready to go on Christmas day. Thank you! My wife and daughter both cried to the picture I choose for the customization (my late son from 10 years ago) and the speaker hooked up perfectly with my JBL Charger5 for surround sound. My daughter loved it so much, she went out and purchased a JBL Charger5 as well. I'm definitely going to purchase a JBL in the future, and most likely a larger speaker. Thank you again!

It's bluetooth 5.1 and has a twenty hour battery .

I bought a personalized charge 5 for Christmas and it looks good and sounds good. I would of bought another one if I could of got it for the same price

I love the design and sound. I’m having trouble powering the speaker down after use. Don’t know if it’s manufactured defect. I have an extreme and didn’t have that problem.

I was so excited for this and after long wait, it didn’t work so I had return and reorder but I can’t even get the same personalization so may give up completely and stick w Bose.

First time with a JBL speaker and let me tell you I absolutely love it!
I have the customized Karol G speaker, it's awesome.
It came already charged and ready to use.
The design came out amazing.
The volume on it is just perfect.
