Great sound

It took me 4 or 5 tries to set the name on a personalized speaker for my son. Something must have been wrong with their website because this has never happened before. Needless to say, the name was not centered at all and it took a very long time to receive my order. The quality of the speaker is great though.

Ever since JBL promoted personalized speakers, I was stoked! Waited until I could afford it myself for Christmas and am pleased with the quality of both image and speaker. I'm in love! Might even get a second to take advantage of the Party Mode setting. 10/10 for me

Personalized Printed Wrong

I made sure the personalized picture was centered and that it covered the whole speaker. Unfortunately it was not printed correctly. It didn’t cover the whole speaker and a face is covered by the button.

Why is the USB-C Port not protected?

I have a JBL 4 that i love. My son uses it all the time so we upgraded him to the JBL Charge5 so i would have access to mine again. Product is great as expected, except: Why is the USB-C charging port not protected from the elements? It is not behind a sealed "door". All plugs on my 4 are hidden from the elements. Very surprised there is not a cover protecting the charging port from dirt, debris or water.

Fantastic Speaker for the Traveler

I got this as a Christmas gift and it has been INCREDIBLE. I use it primarily to play movies and it is fantastic. The sound quality is incredible and the range of frequencies it plays well is honestly surprising. Do not be fooled by its size, even though it is lightweight, and able to be packed in a backpack, it is loud and incredible useful for a wide variety of situations. From bass in songs, to whispers in movies, you can hear everything. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a portable speaker.
