We are very disappointed in the personalization. You could not even see my son‘s name. It didn’t look anything like it did online.

I bought the charge 5 for someone for Christmas and was just slightly disappointed. I got it personalized and the design wasn’t exactly what I designed. Aside from that great product.

This was a perfect gift for a college teenager that really didn’t need anything!! The design and colors came out awesome just like it looked online when I chose them! The speaker itself is powerful for such a portable device, and he absolutely loves it! Their dorm room is going to be rockin!

My daughter loves the Charge 5 she asked for the flip 5 like mine but I went bigger an better the charger works great an it seems a lil louder as well. A new family of customers now
