I’ve known JBL since I was younger and I know their products are very good and top of the line. My JBL charge 5 doesn’t disappoint it delivers a very nice sound crisp quality and powerful bass… I’m very happy with my purchase.

I love these speakers but I custom made this one and the name is in the wrong place. The name is cut off by the buttons. I could've sworn I made sure I could see the name clearly before I submitted

I bought this for my son for his birthday. I wanted something for him that was unmistakably him, so after designing the speaker i got a 3d rendering of it before finalizing the sale. The product I received was perfect as shown in the rendering. Very pleased. The speaker itself is very impressive too and lasts forever. I am no audiophile but i know it sounds great.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. This problem might be caused by Volume Level, EQ Settings, and Source Device. You may try to connect the speaker to other devices. You may also perform a reset by turning on the speaker, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. If these steps do not work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
