Audio great, custom printing… ugh read on

The audio is excellent. But the printing leaves quite a bit to be desired. I called 3 times to make sure the printing would be all the way around the device. They said it would be, and they wanted me to know the printing would not occur on the rubber knobs (the feet and so on). They assured me it would be exactly as I saw it in the 3-D rendering, they said this over and over. I even sent in a version so JBL could tell me if there were any sections where it did not print, or show me where it wouldn’t print. It is *nowhere near* what I created in their 3-D rendering page. There is a huge portion on the bottom that has no printing whatsoever, even though in the 3-D planning, it is a full 360° wrap. Also, the printing already shows signs of peeling off in some places. After just a week of using them. But as I said, the audio is excellent… and it is a speaker. So…

I received my JBL Charge 5 when promised. Packaging was smart (no damaged to manufacturers box inside. It was already fully charged (very nice). It is solid and well-constructed. It included a charging cable. The sound is really amazing. I can even charge my phone from the interior Power Bank (very smart feature). I like it so much, I am going to order another one, so I can pair them in stereo mode. I highly recommend for outdoor use (on the deck or patio, while grilling, and definitely tailgating). You will love it too!

I love the sound of my JBL CHARGE 5 speaker it’s portable so I can listen to music every where I go , I recommend this speaker you won’t be disappointed
