It all started one day when I bought the JBL 110 from a friend— Then the 100— then the Charge 5 ABSOLUTLEY love the Charge 5.. I replaced my Bose- Sound quality is AMAZING. No need to adjust a thing. The AP— allows me to link it to my Second Charge five This is a great feature since we do a lot of bike riding— Fits perfectly on the handle Bars

Amazing Quality

As per all Jbl products i own they're Amazing. I had one of the speakers i currently own for a year and it's still going, other brands have never lasted for this long. I'm glad i invested in JBL products and i plan to stick with JBL for the rest of my audio equipment

Durable!

I have had many different brands of speaker, but the only one that has lasted (more than ten years) is my old JBL, there is still nothing wrong with my old one, but when I was in the market for a larger more powerful speaker, JBL was my first thought. And so far this new speaker has more than lived up to the standard! If you are as clumsy & outdoorsy as I am this is the speaker for you.

Battery life not as promised

Sound is good and speaker seems good quality. No Seems durable and looks nice. Definitely loud enough for whatever you need. I am just sad to report the battery lasts 3-4 hours if that. Full charge multiple times it doesn’t late long. This isn’t such a big deal to me however it advertises 20 hours of playtime which is far from what I am getting.

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Great features

I've bought this speaker months ago and I must say that JBL products never ceases to amaze in delivering quality and top notch speakers to their customers. The value for money is excellent, sound performance and battery life is very good although it would take you 4 hours to charge it. I really loved how impressive the bass is along with the clarity and harmony of the music it plays, this speaker fits perfectly well when watching movies or TV shows bringing it to a more immersive experience. I don't have enough words to say how incredible this products is, thank you so much JBL.

Sounds is very good but keeps disconnecting. So I have to keep pairing it to my phone.

To prevent the likelihood of his issue, please ensure a clear line of sight between your JBL Charge 5 and your source device, as obstructions between them can interrupt your connection. Shut down other unused Bluetooth devices nearby and move them away from other sources of wireless signals that could interfere with your connectivity, such as Wi-Fi signals. You can try connecting it with a different device to determine if the same issue occurs across different sources. Additionally, you can try to do a factory reset to refresh your Bluetooth connection. To reset the speaker, press and hold the Volume + and Play/Pause buttons for 2 seconds while the speaker is powered ON. Resetting the speaker will remove their previous pairings, and it will be necessary to pair the speaker again to a device. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Support for more help.

Great Speaker

The customization was second to none. The sound is great, wish for more clarity with bass. My expectations are probably a little to high, but there isn't a speaker close on quality of sound for price and size.
