Fantastic speaker

I received the flip 6 several months ago as a gift. I really enjoyed the sound. However when I read about the Charge 5
I thought that would be an even better speaker and could use the flip 6 in my study. I debated for several weeks then
decided to purchase the Charge 5. Am so glad I did. Once again a speaker that crazily connects to Bluetooth and most
importantly the sound is incredible for a speaker that size. I highly recommend!!

They came 20 hour playtime. Not even close !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our JBL Charge 5 has up to 20 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. I got it not to long ago and I must have messed up personalizing it because the whole bottom came out white . I recently lost a few fingers on each hand so I had a friend order it for me and they didn't realize the mistake . Overall the speaker is great . I thought it came with a strap u guess that's the bigger one overall I'm pleased with the quality of speaker I guess I can deal with the mistake

Great Speaker!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago. I haven’t used the power bank feature yet. But the sound is amazing when you use the equalizer in the app. It will get nice and loud, but still sounds great at low volume. I am happy with my purchase so far.

I bought couple of weeks ago, and this one although I love the design did not work for me. It kept shutting off on its own and battery did not last like it was advertised.

If it often lasts within 60% of the published time from a full battery when the speaker is purchased less than a year, you may contact our customer support for more help.
