Awesome Sound!

Battery life comes in at 20 hours, so there's no change there – though that's still an impressive figure, making it longer-lasting than many outdoor speakers on the market. You can also charge your device using the speaker's built-in powerbank, making it ideal for when you're on the move.

Design-wise, the Charge 5 doesn't look dramatically different compared to other speakers in the line, though it does come with silicone bumpers on each side to protect it from falls.
Tweeters are nice and clean and the bass is awesome although I thought would be even louder. Cons:

Amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you that i wasnt feeling confident at the beginning. I took my jbl charge 5 to my home to test it out, my wife was at home once i started playing music, my god i was sorprised on how great the sound was. This defenetly a great product.

Amazing sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how great the sound is! My kids love to see the side "!" marks boom with the music. The fact that I can charge my phone from this speaker is a total bonus, making this speaker so useful. Overall I am so pleased with how great my music sounds and the quality of this speaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed by the JBL Charge5. It has great weight to the speaker. I love that the speaker was wrapped in a cloth to keep it beautiful and protected in the box. The instructions and a cord comes in a flimsy box. But overall it was in nice and sturdy packaging. Of course I took the instructions out and noticed it says waterproof. However I did not test out that claim I cant wait to place this in the bathroom and test out how well this speaker will work out for us.
I turned on the speaker and was able to make a quick Bluetooth connection to my phone. The Charge5 is loud, which I did not expect for it to sound so good while being all the way turned up. A lot of speakers I’ve had become distorted but not the Charge5. The sound stayed clear and there is a party boost on this speaker to make the sounds better for each song or sound you play on the Charge5 with more speakers you attach.
The Charge5even charges your phone even while playing what you want on the speaker. I was really hoping that I could try to connect this to my TV. However I think my TV is being stubborn and will not connect to the Charge5.
I am glad I got this speaker. My daughter now wants one and we like music when taking showers so this speaker. This will make a great gift for her. Another great product made by JBL. Another happy customer.

I bought my speaker about 3 weeks ago and I love it. The sound is great. The battery is great. It's waterproof and dustproof and the price is unbelievably affordable for a speaker with all the features. It also has a charging port for your phone!!!
