[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the freezer is spacious. easy install. well made. after plugging in the freezer there was an error message "ER CE". nothing was in the books provided about error messages. Due to working for the next few days i planned to call tech support then. After 2 days the error cleared, and the freezer has worked good since. I would recommend putting in the manuals more explicit words on exchanging the doors between the frig and freezer to get opposite swings. the manual should state the doors exchange with no extra hardware needed and a few steps to tell how to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is much larger than your standard pull out freezer on a French door refrigerator. It can hold about 3 full pull out freezers worth of food. The door shelves are very sturdy and are the perfect size to hold bags of open food items. The soft freeze drawer keeps ice cream frozen but softer than if stored in the main freezer. The touch control panel is responsive and even has a child lock so little fingers can’t change the settings. The stainless steel finish does seem to be smudge free, I haven’t seen any fingerprints so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen, and the functionality is spot on. We bought the matching set of fridge and freezer with the mounting kit as seen in the picture. On the freezer: the door baskets, drawers, and movable shelves make it easy to organize and fit anything and everything inside this freezer! I also love the two drawers below the ice maker so that when one is full you can swap them to fill up another one. That way we always have plenty of ice when entertaining!
