Great - but mysterious issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had it professionally installed (along with the fridge) and we LOVE the look and LOVE the features. However, there is one mysterious issue I cannot get to the bottom of - the freezer "frosts" up (ices up) all over the inside at least twice per day so when you open it up it's entirely covered in "snow" (well, frost). Then, mysteriously, when you close the freezer door and come back several hours later it's all cleared up. BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK AGAIN . Arrrgghhh.
I've turned the ice maker off (the freezer is not connected to the water line so at first, as the ice maker was turned on be default I assumed it was sucking humid outside in air). But, that didn't work. I've also checked the rubber door seal but I don't see anything obviously wrong with it.
Does anyone know what the issue may be? Is it designed to do this (our old freezer didn't)?
Anyway - overall we are very happy. I just need to figure out this issue.

Possible design flaw, freezer non repairable water leak

Unrepairable Infernal water leak at almost 2 years old. Glade we purchased an extended warranty. Must be a design flaw with this model as there are many reports of this issue occurring around 2 years. Only reporting this to let other know of this issue we also are have with this freezer FPFU19F8WF

Ice Maker Broken, Leaking water onto Floorboards.

My warranty ended several weeks ago. My ice maker broke a few days ago and worse there seems to be water leaking onto my floorboards. I found another 1 star review with the same issue at 14 months of use.

I do not recommend you buy this freezer the icemaker line freezes up and Frigidaire has no solution to fix it the waterlines in the wall of the freezer and it cannot be repaired. Do not purchase this freezer.

Great Refrigerator

It not only looks awesome but works awesome as well. Great features and so much room. Love it The exact same freezer is the same. Best decision we made was going with these Frigidaire

Ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker problems. We purchased this freezer 14 months ago. The ice maker started having problems about 10 months after purchase. I thought it was just a glitch so I turned it off and back on. Yesterday I found a significant amount of water seeping from underneath the cabinets. Hopefully there is not major water damage to the hardwood floors and cabinets.

Knocking Noise

After owning freezer for 8 months it started making a knocking sound daily. Service has replaced three parts but it continues to make noise. Talking to help line in India is very frustrating!!
