Extremely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer along with the matching refrigerator in February 2022. By February 2023 the ice maker had been replaced twice. It still doesn't work. Something inside the freezer will not let the water get to where it needs to be. Service people and plumbers have tried everything. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Wonderful look and capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the single door Freezer and Fridge. They are not very deep, but that is how you get the built-in look. The capacity is sufficient for my family of 4. All of the drawers and door space in the freezer really makes it ideal for organizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Frigidaire Professional Freezer was installed a little over three weeks ago, and it is nice to have ice cream and ice again! Our previous Frigidaire Professional Freezer went out in May of this year, after running for about 11 years. Due to the mixed reviews of the current model, we shopped around for other options, but returned to Frigidaire's Professional line and have been quite pleased.

PROBLEMS Less than one week old

The freezer turns on and a few hours later turns off. A buzzer letting you know the power is off sounds at least 3-4 times daily. Someone from Frigidaire came to repair it and said there was nothing wrong with it. WRONG. Very frustrating.
