Love the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Frigidaire freezer! Lots of storage and variations in shelfs and shelf heights. Only thing I would rate less than a 5 star is the ice storage location. I am a tall man and it's a little low for me to reach down. On the other hand, my wife is very petite, so loves it!

Can't build one correct out of the factory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waiting on the 3rd freezer to be delivered because the first two have ice maker defects. The second one had the water valve spraying in the drip pan, it should have never left the factory. Absolutely no quality control.

Good Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROs: A very smart looking freezer that looks great next to the refrigerator. It has a touch screen panel that shows temperature and warns if there has been a power outage. A great feature if you travel. The door shelves are adjustable, and it has an easy hook up for the ice maker.
CONs: The center door shelve (the biggest) only adjust so far up or down. They did this so they could have more flexibility with placement which leaves the main back shelf in the refrigerator shorter.

Ample space, but has ice build up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of space for ample freezer storage. Only negative so far is icing behind the ice maker. I've had to chip away and defrost the lower portion of the freezer twice to keep the ice maker working.

Compressor noise and fit/finish issues

Our builder installed a new Frigidaire freezer/refrigerator combo and we have two significant issues: 1) periodically the compressor has a significant vibration and makes a loud noise, and 2) the two tabs in the Soft Freeze Drawer come nowhere close to the slot openings in the slider making the drawer useless since only one side is attached (gap is >1/2 inch).

18 month kitchen renovation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with this column freezer (I have the matching refrigerator too). I like the way the space is allocated. It will hold everything I need (and more). I also like how much ice is produced (and the handy scoop that came with it). It's my first column set and I can't imagine going back to a combined unit while I have kids living at home.
