Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a home with a local builder. As we frequented the home during construction, i made comment to the builder that it was not working correctly. That was late Aug early September. As we approach the New Year I’m unhappy to inform it still DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. No one seems to care and i just want it replaced now. HELP!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer is great accept the Ice Maker is non -functional, and not repairable, which means we will have to go through the inconvenience of getting a replacement unit within the first month of install.

Second freezer in 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this freezer in May of 2022, it was delivered in June. It broke 4 times in six months. The manufacturer did replace the freezer in December so I reserve my review on the new one for at least a few months to see how it works.
