Great Unit - Worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a vastly superior unit compared to its predecessor and I am very happy for the purchase. Great unit with lots of space, advanced options, cool touchscreen panel and even a more practical ice dispenser. It complements the refrigerator unit perfecvtly.

Parts are missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given the freezer a five star rating except we are missing two shelf drawers and the glass shelf for the Soft Freeze drawer. We have reported the problem but haven’t heard back yet. To be fair, it is the Christmas season and the weather has been terrible. Other than that, we are very pleased with its performance.
