Freezer went out 3 months after purchase

Freezer went out 3 months after purchase. They sent a repair person out and they said they fixed it. 7 months same issue. Called for support and warranty was out. I will not buy another Frigidaire or Electrolux product again.

Demo Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions should be included in the owner’s manual and the owner’s manual online should be updated to include instructions on how to exit demo mode. We almost lost an entire fridge of food because the fridge was somehow put into demo mode and we didn’t realize until we noted condensation on the food, especially since you have to press the settings wheel on the touch panel to see the actual temp of fridge. We were going in and out of the fridge without realizing it had been shifted to demo mode. The lights were on but the fridge was not keeping the food to the right temperature. There are no online forums or YouTube videos that address this but here is the info. Luckily, we found the right salesman that happened to have it written down somewhere:
Demo mode:
Freezer FPFU19F8WF - Hold ice maker and minus for 10 seconds

Ice Maker Not Working and Leaking Water All Over My Newly Renovated Kitchen

I’ve had this freezer connected to water and running for 5 days. It does not make ice and instead leaked water all over my new wood floor. Waiting on a technician call but it’s the weekend so not optimistic it will be anytime soon. Manufacturer Date is May 2022. Looks like I made a mistake purchasing this product.

One thing that could be causing this to happen is the water filter. Please check to ensure that the filter is seated correctly. If not seated correctly, it can cause water to leak from the unit. nice size and organization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this freezer is counterdepth and yet still has so much room on the inside. I will need to order another shelf for the freezer to increase storage space though--this is the only reason my review didn't get 5 stars. It freezes really well -- I've had to increase the temperature because everything was too cold. I like the internal ice maker because I didn't want a dispenser in the door.
