New fridge and freezer pair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received a new fridge and freezer set and had them installed last week. There were some small dents on them but I guess I’ll have to live with that. The freezer does not get cold and we have had one repairman out already but it
is still not cold. I am so disappointed and hope Frigidaire will make this right quickly. We need a freezer for our family of 6!

I only wish that replacement of each individual unit is available and that the model dimensions do not change. After a very expensive kitchen remodel with custom fit cabinets surrounding the units, replacing with different size is a challenge.Also very difficult to align the units in the front.
