Upgraded our dual fridge-freezer combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a Frigidaire Professional fridge-freezer combo in our home for the past 11 years and decided to upgrade to the newer version. These new units are 19 cubic feet vs 17 cubic feet and have great storage in the doors - and the freezer has an integrated ice maker neatly built within. The interior aesthetics are improved with brushed metal side walls and very stout shelves. We also are enjoying the soft freeze drawer for ice cream and breads that do no need to be so frozen. Our previous pair had a full trim kit. This new pair fits within that rough-in area in our cabinets, but requires the basic 1" trim kit all around due to the fact that the units are each 2 cubic feet bigger and are taller.

2 services appointment and still can’t get it fixed

I have had 2 service call and was told can’t put the new parts in because it’s aluminum and can’t place it in with copper to be soldered together. Now I am waiting on the back office to contact me it’s a big inconvenience that your company get this fixed in a timely manner .this has been 2 months now .

Perfect Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door shelves perfectly sized. Shelves and bins easy to use and handy. Very well lit, it is bright and you can see everything! Soft freeze drawer is a favorite for my family who loves ice cream and fruit bars. The best part is the ice maker! Perfectly shaped cubes, perfect amount, great system. We were going to buy an ice machine for our kitchen island and will no longer need to do that- that is how well this icemaker functions.
