[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item looks real good. I've had mine for over one year. I had problems with a loud vibration noise after two weeks. Numerous repair attempts (4 or 5) and the noise keeps returning. I've requested a replacement/new freezer, Frigidaire refuses to replace it. I was required to purchase an extended warranty to ensure the freezer keeps getting serviced. If you looking for a good looking noise free freezer look elsewhere.

Very Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is brand new and cannot make ice and the light does not work. We have tried to get it repaired under warranty but we are being told the part needed is not available and there is no date when it might come in. Very frustrating.

The new design and extra storage space in the door are fantastic. Also the position of the ice maker at a lower level makes it easier for handicap accessible.

The best purchase we made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our refrigerator/ freezer columns they are so spacious and we love how simple and clean the design is. The shelves and drawers work great and provide plenty of storage for food and produce. We wish you the bottom shelves on the door sides were deeper because were limited on what can be stored here, but overall very happy with our decision to purchase the set.

My Frigidaire Professional Single Door Freezer with twining kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful consideration, we were set to order the Gallery series of the single door 19 cu ft refrigerator and freezer. Wham, the pandemic hits and every unit is sold out. All the while, Frigidaire was planning this version in the Professional series. We live in a rural area where stocking food is important. We also had to take into consideration the power outages we incur every summer and winter that would create a load on a backup generator. These have been extremely energy efficient as well as very quiet. Love It!!
