Lost all my food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a bad connection on the condenser from the factory. Unit ran for several days and died. The good news was that the repair was covered by warranty and the unit is working now. The bad news was that it took over a week to get the repair completed and I lost all the food in my freezer. The unit looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the unit (3/20/22) and no issues at this time. It looks great at a price i can afford. The unit is quiet and works well. Per the product reviews, I purchased the extended warranty just incase something goes wrong. Overall, satisfied with the unit.
