Ice maker leak issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the unit is nice but since plugging it in, I have had issues with the ice maker leaking causing water to drain down along the left side of the inner wall building up an ice dam. Additionally, the water gets into the bottom rail system not allowing the drawer to fill close and cause issues. The slide also has issues opening fully.

Get the freezer out of the garage or basement!

My one request in the whole redesign was to separate the fridge and freezer. I love the freezer so much. It makes TONS of ice. It has a soft freeze drawer for ice cream and frozen yogurt. Where has the soft freeze drawer been all our lives. It provides so much storage. I will never be a garage freezer person again.

Love it!

The space is perfect for those of us who live outside of town and need to store more. The temp is easy to control and the double ice drawer is perfect for families and parties. Pair it with the matching fridge and you’ll have the winning set. Frigidaire is a name you can count on.

Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have the combination refrigerator, freezer. Had problems at first with freezer, ice maker wouldn’t work. Had a harness problem no contact, got that fixed. Then still no ice, another service call. Came out replaced ice maker, still no ice. Another service call, replaced sensor on back were water comes in ordered part another service call. Put in new part still no ice another service call. This time a different technician he called Fridgeadare and they said replace the freezer. New freezer arrives they put together with refrigerator but can’t get it level to put the trim kit on. To many times pulling in and out for service calls the leveling brackets are not strong enough to keep units level. Waiting on replacement parts. Other then that the problems explained above, units are preforming great.

Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When opening the packaging both of the doors had dents. In discussing this with our dealer, they had mentioned that this seems to be a problem with these units. The doors are susceptible to damage in shipping. Unfortunately it was a huge battle to get this resolved but in the end new doors were ordered. Overall the installed pair look great, they are huge. We love the two ice holders, this is great for entertaining. I would have given the product a 5 star review if the issue with the doors had been resolved without hassle.
