[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fridge/freezer combo is lux without the lux price. The interior is functional and stylish. The freezer makes tons of ice and I like the added water bottle filler on the fridge side. Delivery was quick. Since installation was booked out three months, we decided to install ourselves and it was no problem. Directions are easy to follow.

LOUD, never stops fan, broken ice maker

We’ve replaced the ice maker twice! The extremely loud fan makes your ears throb and it never stops running. Can’t hold a conversation in the adjacent living room because the fam throbs constantly. It looks beautiful and holds a lot in an organized way, but I wish we could give it back and choose a different brand that sound-proofs the cabinet and has more efficient compressors! Even turning the temp up doesn’t alleviate the problem, just causes things to melt even though it’s set at zero degrees F (freezing is 32 degrees, folks). The freezer requires being set at the lowest temp of -10 degrees F to keep things frozen. Huge waste of energy to run this horribly inefficient model. At this expense, their “Professional” model should be better. Won’t recommend nor buy one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator and freezer pair. This was the only full-size pair we could find without getting into costly units. My biggest concern was the styrofoam protective sheet in front of the refrigerator was only half size that didn't cover the entire front of the door. The top half of the front of the unit was unprotected and got damaged with several dimples to the metal front. The Freezer had a full-size protective sheet of styrofoam and did not get damaged. Half sheets of protective styrofoam sheets were used on the sides, but on the refrigerator, a half sheet of styrofoam was used in the front instead of a full sheet. The result of the improperly protecting the front was damage to the stainless steel door.

Great Freezer but ice maker/ water dispenser malfunctioned
