Amazing customer service and quality

I had a set of Knives that were about 15 years old and some of the handles got chipped and needed replacement. I sent in my entire set expecting to receive the same knives back with refurbished handles. The team notified me that they no longer made that model and sent me a whole line of new, professional knives! They just got a customer for life! Very satisfied with the entire process!

Lasts a lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a gift to replace one that we received as a wedding gift almost 50 years ago. The original is not yet ready to be retired, however, I look forward to having one more excellent knife in the knife block.
