classic pairing knife

Great pairing knife. Classic design and make from Zwilling. The full bolster and three rivet handle feels great in my hand. The blade is made from forged German stainless steel and is very sharp. It makes quick work of all my peeling and shaping needs.

My mom has been using this knife in our kitchen for the past 20 years. It was only natural for me to purchase one for my new household when I left the nest. I know I will have this knife for many, many years. It stays sharp, easy to maintain and great for all the small jobs that need to be done in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got the Pro S 8 inch chef knife as a gift, and liked it so much I got the paring knife to go with it. Very sharp, feels good in your hand and not dainty like some paring knives feel. Overall, knowthing but good things to say about Zwilling.
